Magnetic Screen Door Customization & Bulk Inquiry Checklist

When requesting a quotation from Anhui Jiaoyang Soft Door Co., Ltd. (JOYAUG), organize your requirements in the order below. Specifying the style, finished dimensions, materials and packaging helps ensure that quotations match the product you need and makes it easier to compare configurations.

1. Choose the style, then list sizes and quantities

Styles to discuss include double-opening magnetic screen doors, garage door screens, sliding-track screens, side-opening screens, opposing-opening screens, and screens with adjustable height and width. If you have reference images or samples, please provide them to confirm the specific structure.

List dimensions as width × height, state the unit and whether these are finished dimensions, and specify the quantity for each size. The minimum order quantity is 1,000 units in total, with at least 50 units per size.

2. Specify materials and magnetic configuration

Polyester mesh and 18 × 16 mesh fiberglass screen are available in black, white and gray. Fiberglass pool screen is available in black. Specify the mesh material, fabric weight, color and combination of magnetic materials.

Standard magnet configurations are 9, 17, 22, 25 or 27 pairs. Other quantities can be discussed, up to a maximum of 28 sets. The edge binding and hook-and-loop tape are polyester. Please state your hook-and-loop tape and adhesive-backing requirements when requesting a quotation.

3. Include packaging in your quotation request

Custom private-label packaging is supported. Provide material requirements for boxes, packaging bags and instruction sheets, together with any existing design files. The package includes hook-and-loop tape, nails and instructions. Follow the instructions for the specific product when installing it.

4. Confirm samples before arranging a bulk order

Samples are available. Samples for personal use require payment for the product and courier charges; first wholesale samples require payment of courier charges only. Normal production lead time for orders of up to 20,000 units is 10–30 days. Larger orders require a separately agreed schedule.

Worldwide shipping is supported. Please provide your port-of-shipment requirements when requesting a quotation. You may also include destination details to help discuss shipping arrangements. Production lead time does not include transit time.

Manual and automated production lines follow the same quality inspection requirements. Quality control includes incoming-material inspection, workstation self-inspection, cross-checks between processes, team patrol inspections, end-of-line sampling and pre-dispatch reinspection.
